OCTANT straps are made to order in small batches. When you place an order, production begins after confirmation. Your strap is made specifically for you — it is never held in stock.

You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 48 hours, production may have begun. Contact us at support@maisonoctant.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (pay in 3). All transactions are processed securely. Prices are in GBP (£).

Drop 01 is strictly limited to 500 units per colourway. There will be no restock. A second drop may or may not happen — we make no promises.

Yes — OCTANT straps are precision-engineered for the exact 20mm lug width of the Royal Pop. They are designed for this watch only.

Ceramic: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Silicone: Rinse with clean water and air dry. Do not use solvents or bleach.

No. On ceramic, colour is fired at high temperature and is permanent. On silicone, pigments are mixed into the compound during production — they do not sit on the surface and cannot peel or fade.

Production takes 6 to 8 weeks from your order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days worldwide. You will receive a tracking number at the time of dispatch.

If your strap has not been dispatched within 10 weeks of your order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund — no forms, no waiting, no questions asked. Email us at support@maisonoctant.com with your order number.

Yes. We ship to every country. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Yes. A tracking link is sent automatically to your email address at the moment of dispatch.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Yes. You may return your strap within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and has not been fitted to a watch. Email support@maisonoctant.com to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all return costs.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping. No exceptions.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
