At OCTANT, every strap is produced to order in a limited batch. We stand behind the quality of what we make. This policy outlines your rights and our commitments clearly and without small print.
1. Our 10-Week Dispatch Guarantee
Every OCTANT order is backed by a hard guarantee: if your strap has not been dispatched within 10 weeks of your order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
To claim your guarantee refund, simply email us at support@maisonoctant.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
2. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, production of your strap may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to cancel after 48 hours and before dispatch, contact us at support@maisonoctant.com — we will do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm whether a refund is possible within 2 business days.
3. Returns After Delivery
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the strap:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Is returned in its original packaging
- Has not been fitted to a watch
To initiate a return, email support@maisonoctant.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a strap that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund — including return shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return or approving your refund request. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for straps that have been:
- Fitted to a watch or visibly worn
- Altered or modified
- Returned without prior contact with our team
