Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with OCTANT. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Who We Are
OCTANT is a London-based accessories label. We design and produce limited-edition straps engineered exclusively for the AP × Swatch Royal Pop. All orders are fulfilled under English law.
2. Our Products
OCTANT straps are produced in small, limited batches. Each drop is released in a fixed number of units per colourway. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any colourway or material at any time.
All products sold on this site are pre-order items. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be produced after your payment is confirmed and dispatched within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£). OCTANT is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your card provider or bank.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment methods available at checkout.
4. Pre-Order Terms
By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you understand:
- Your strap will be produced after your order is placed.
- Production and dispatch takes 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your order confirmation.
- If your order is not dispatched within 10 weeks, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, production may have commenced and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Availability & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. Due to variations in screen calibration, exact colours may differ slightly from what is shown. These differences do not constitute a defect.
OCTANT reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the OCTANT wordmark, product photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of OCTANT. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
OCTANT is an independent label and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Audemars Piguet, Swatch Group, or any of their subsidiaries.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, OCTANT's liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
